  • We grow part of the food we cook in our agroecological garden. 
  • We support fare trade networks and work directly with those who grow our food.
  • We use organic and locally produced ingredients.
  • We do not use any kind of industrial processed food, instead we offer a whole food plant-based diet, free of sugar and oil.

Hierba Dulce is part of a cultural project together with Pochote Press, a feminist publishing house of author's books, printed with letterpress and risography.
