We are the first De-industrialized restaurant in México.
Our kitchen is completely free of any kind of processed products and we elaborate all our ingredients, with locally produced agro-ecological food. We cook without oils, sugars nor animal products and offer plant - based Oaxacan traditional food.
We respect the times of natural foods, so we do not accelerate any process of cooking or fermentation.
Everything is homemade and prepared at the moment because we love to share foods whose times, from the field to the table, have been patiently cared for.
Hierba Dulce is part of a cultural project together with Pochote Press, a feminist publishing house of author's books, printed with letterpress and risography.
